1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

  • Please notify us within 2 days of delivery

  • Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Invoice image
    • 1 image of the outer packaging
    • 2 clear images of the damaged product
    • Unboxing video showing the damaged item

Important Notes:

  • In case of multiple items, only the damaged product will be replaced
  • Replacement will be processed within 7–10 days
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you throughout

2. Missing Product

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery

  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Invoice image
    • Image of the outer box
    • 2 clear images of the opened package
    • Complete unboxing video

Please Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable in this case
  • The missing item will be re-shipped promptly

3. Spoiled Product

If you receive a product that appears spoiled:

  • Share:
    • Order number
    • Packaging or manufacturing date
    • Clear images or video of the product

After review, if the issue is validated:

  • The product will be replaced after proper investigation
